What is SLOWERLANDING?
It’s a tour genre designed with real overland travellers in mind, who feel that organized offroad tours have too much (demanding) driving for their likings, and who focus on travelling instead of the technicalities of driving itself. In slowerlanding tours we drive fewer hours a day, strictly avoid risky, muddy or technical driving and overgrown roads, by keeping to good quality gravel and tarmac. The emphasis is on spectacularly beautiful campsites, and on an especially beautiful one, we make one day of rest during the tour. Having all said in mind, slowerlanding tours are naturally compatible with (but not limited to) bigger overlanding vehicles – vans, trucks, and pickups with big camper cabins.
